Restoration Hardware

CHICAGO, IL

The project included renovation of existing 5 story landmark historical building into a specialty furniture showroom with a café in the first floor

and retractable glass roof over the center of the building. The mechanical system designed was one of the largest VRF systems to be installed in a

commercial application in the City of Chicago. The project was featured in the Chicago Tribune as one of the most successful build outs in the City.

U.S. Cellular

Several States

The project included MEP/FP engineering design for over 200 stores in over 12 States. Also included working with leasing group to pre-determine the MEP requirement prior to leasing agreement. Developed new mechanical concept to better serve showrooms and back-of-house areas. This enhanced customer experience in the store and increased staff productivity.

Provide MEP/FP engineering design for renovated space to become new JoAnn Fabric superstore. This involved new MEP/FP systems to ensure new space is fully operational based on the new loads.
