Lake Forest, IL
Provide MEP/FP engineering design for two luxury 4 story condo buildings with 84 residential units and underground parking garage each.
Lakeview Condo
CHICAGO, IL
Provide MEP/FP engineering design for an entire floor of over 7,500 SF high end condo unit in Lakeview. This included state-of-the-art systems to provide flexibility and comfort. The construction cost exceeded $10 million dollars.
Mid-North Residence
CHICAGO, IL – 2014 DESIGN EXCELLENCE AWARDS
Provide MEP/FP engineering design for a three-story single-family residence located within the historical district in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Focused around a new interior courtyard, the repurposed building creates a light filled contemporary residence, unnoticed from the street and spaciously elegant within. The design included advanced lighting system and MEP systems to minimize the project’s energy consumptions while maximizing comfort and flexibility.
Somerset Landmark Building
CHICAGO, IL
Provided MEP/FP engineering design services for 12 story renovation of historical building. The project involved renovating 160 condo units, 2 levels of common areas, and several future restaurants and retail spaces in the first level.

Provided MEP/FP engineering design services for 8 story renovation of historical building.The project involved renovating 68 condo units, common areas, and several future restaurants and retail spaces in the first level

MORTON GROVE, ILLINOIS
Provided MEP/FP engineering design services for 6 story new residential building and 4 levels of new parking garage building. The project involved new 250 condo units, outdoor swimming pool, full fitness center and several amenities.

Provided MEP/FP engineering design services for 4 story new residential building within door parking garage.The project involved new 120 condo units, guest lounge, full fitness center and several amenities.
