Energy City Qatar
DOHA, QATAR – FEATURED IN LOCAL NEWSPAPERS AS UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE PROJECT
The project included three low rise class “A” office buildings with state-of-the-art energy efficient design to pursue LEED Gold Certification. The project included a Data Center and accomplished Tier 3 certification from the Uptime Institute for Data Center with 1000 server racks to act as the brain of the new Energy City. The buildings encompassed an atrium space with restaurants and retail spaces in addition to other common corporate building program.
Fox Hills
DOHA, QATAR – FEATURED IN LOCAL NEWSPAPERS AS FRIENDLY AND INVITING NEW COMMUNITY CONCEPT
The project included concept design and design development for Fox Hills new residential
Village. Buildings included residential units, amenities, swimming areas, retail spaces, and gathering areas.
Crystal Towers
SOCHI, RUSSIA
The project included concept design for three towers with commercial retail spaces, commercial offices, 950 residential units, hotel and over 1000 parking garage.
