Provided MEP/FP engineering design services for renovation of the new Harrington College of Design Chicago campus. Located in downtown Chicago high rise, the design created challenges with converting several spaces into a multi-use educational area.

Provided MEP/FP engineering design services for school addition and renovation to DeneenSchool part of Chicago Public Schools. The design included new chiller design to serve both new and existing building and upgrade of electrical service to accommodate the whole school
