Hyatt Crocker Park
CROCKER PARK, OH – HYATT AWARD WINNING HOTEL FOR 2017
At its recent Global Select Sale Summit, Hyatt named The Hyatt Place Crocker Park as the “Hyatt Place Hotel of the Year for 2017”. It also won Hyatt’s HyAchiver Award for meeting all sales goals and metrics. This 110-room, 6-story hotel included indoor swimming pool and fitness center.
Nobu Hotel
CHICAGO, IL – Named one of Luxury's 25 Most Innovative Brands
A new unique hotel in downtown Chicago for Chef Nobu and Actor Robert De Niro. This new 11-story high building with two levels of high-end sushi
restaurant. The building included pool in the lower level and skybar on the top levels to provide a special experience for all guests.
Aire Spa
CHICAGO, IL
The project included multiple pools and massage therapy areas in an intrigue ancient setup. The project was featured in the Chicago Tribune and social media outlets. The mechanical system included a roof mounted dehumidification Air Handling Unit, boilers system, and heat pumps. The plumbing system included working with the pool consultant to develop a system to handle all 7 pools.
Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Hotel
EAST MOLINE, IL – FINALIST IN BOUTIQUE DESIGN MAGAZINE GOLD KEY AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY DESIGN 2019
A new Hyatt concept to combine two brands (Hyatt House and Hyatt Place). This new 9-story building with 233 rooms overlooking the Mississippi river will be an iconic building in E. Moline new developed area. In addition to all the amenities, the 9th floor lounge and restaurant provide a unique experience for guests.
