The project included renovation of existing 5 story landmark historical building into a specialty furniture showroom with a caf\u00e9 in the first floor<\/span><\/p>

and retractable glass roof over the center of the building. The mechanical system designed was one of the largest VRF systems to be installed in a<\/span><\/p>

commercial application in the City of Chicago. The project was featured in the Chicago Tribune as one of the most successful build outs in the City.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The project included MEP\/FP engineering design for over 200 stores in over 12 States. Also included working with leasing group to pre-determine the MEP requirement prior to leasing agreement. Developed new mechanical concept to better serve showrooms and back-of-house areas. This enhanced customer experience in the store and increased staff productivity.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
